"Surprisingly easy to use"
I wasn’t really expecting much, but the site was actually easy to get around. Pages loaded quickly, and I found the bedding sizes without having to dig all over the place. Checkout on my phone was straightforward too. it was a nice, clear site, and there weren’t any weird popups getting in the way, which was a pleasant surprise.

"Lovely linen feel"

"I ended up sending the item back..."
I ended up sending the item back because it just didn’t really fit the feel of the room once I saw it in place. These things happen, and I’d rather get something that actually works in the space than keep something that feels off. The refund came through quickly, I think it was back in my account within a couple of days. I took one star off because the return updates were a little quiet, so I wasn’t always sure where things stood, but overall it was a smooth experience

I picked up some bedding during one of their promos and the price ended up being fair. I’m happy with what I got, but I did find the discount info a bit unclear, which was annoying when trying to figure out what actually applied. I’d probably give 5 stars if the deals happened more often and the communication around them was easier to understand

"Loved the low-waste packaging!"
I ordered a sheet set and got weirdly excited when it arrived in simple paper packaging instead of being suffocated in a mountain of plastic. Everything inside was totally fine and looked neat, which made me ridiculously happy. The outer box was a little bashed up, but that’s delivery chaos for you, I guess. Overall, I’m so glad to see less waste, it actually made me like the order even more.

"Super soft, honestly"
These sheets are really soft, like I noticed it as soon as I put them on the bed. I’ve washed them twice now and they still feel really nice, not scratchy or weird after washing, which I was kind of worried about. I’m really happy with them so far..

"Heads up if you sleep hot"
Just a warning for other sweaty sleepers: this looks really nice, but it was not very breathable for me. I kept waking up too warm most nights, which was disappointing because I expected linen to feel cooler. It might be fine for colder weather or if you don’t run hot, but I personally wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who already tends to overheat at night.

"Order was exactly right"
I was really happy with my order from Secret Linen Store. I got a fitted sheet and two pillowcases, and everything arrived exactly how I’d chosen it, right size, colour and quantity. I always half-expect I’ve clicked the wrong option or missed something, but nope, it was all spot on.

There were no mix-ups or missing bits, which was all I was hoping for. Delivery was fine too, and the bedding looks lovely. I’d definitely order again, unless I’m forgetting something, but I’m sure it was a very easy, good experience.

"A fitted sheet that actually stays in place"
I bought this mainly because the depth looked better than most fitted sheets I’d seen. Our mattress is thick and has a topper, so sheets usually end up pinging off the corners after a night or two. This one fits right underneath and has stayed put so far, even after a few nights’ sleep. It also washed fine, which is always a relief. Not much to complain about really, I’m pleased with it and will probably order another set.

i mean, these pillowcases actually fit my pillows just right. They’re not all baggy or too tight, and after washing them once, they still sit nicely. Happy with them.

"Still fits after a couple washes"
I’ve washed this twice now and it still fits the bed just fine. I was kind of expecting it to shrink at least a little, but nope. Weirdly, I remember folding it while my toast popped up in the kitchen, and it went right back on the mattress without any struggle.

"Nice duvet cover, umm, just needs a couple washes"
I bought a duvet cover from Secret Linen Store and, umm, it’s been really nice for everyday use. The buttons are easy to deal with and the opening isn’t annoyingly tight, so changing the bed doesn’t feel like a whole workout.

It washes well and dries faster than I thought it would. It doesn’t come out looking totally perfect, but I don’t mind a bit of creasing.

I only knocked off a star because I wish it had been a little softer right away. After a couple of washes though, it definitely feels better.
